Circus Dreams - Runaway to the Circus for Seniors
Live out those childhood dreams and discover that it is never too late to run away to the circus.
Explore aerial silks, trapeze, aerial hammock and aerial hoop. This whole body workout will cover weightbearing, strength and flexibility whilst focusing on having fun and creativity.
We start down low on apparatuses adding height when you feel ready. There are so many achievable shapes and skills, you'll feel like a professional circus artist in no time!
Classes start with a circus based floor warmup for mobility and strength using Hula hoops, Juggling Balls, Circus Poi and lots more fun props.

Activities that can be done seated
All circus equipment can be height adjusted to suit you.
Class cost is $5 each session, supported by Gold Coast Active & Healthy Program.
