Adaptive Aerial Arts
You’ve probably heard the term ‘adaptive’ before. It’s usually talking about sports that have been modified so that people with visible and invisible disabilities can participate and enjoy all the benefits that come with moving your body and being part of a community.
Adaptive Aerial is no different. Think of the traditional circus that you have seen before, but modified to suit individual needs so that people with disabilities can enjoy the empowering experience of Aerial Movement.
Benefits include:
Discover your strengths
Build a strong core
Progress at your own pace
Modified activities to suit your needs
Unleash your creativity in your movements
Be part of a growing community on the Gold Coast

We have plenty of parking on the premises and on the streetfront. You are welcome to park in any marked space on the premises both at the front and sides of 5 Traders Way. There are no designated disabled parking spots.
To enter the property there is a rubber wheelchair ramp to address the small step of 7cm in the doorway.
Private Aerial Arts and Adaptive Arts Sessions are scheduled to be held on the Ground Floor which is mostly level throughout. There may be a a need to take wheelchairs across our carpeted gymanstics flooring (semi-firm foam mats). Our staff are happy to assist you if it makes it harder for your wheelchair to travel.
Our Special Needs Circus classes are held in the upstairs mezzanine via 1 flight of stairs. Private Aerial Yoga/Circus Sessions/Classes can be scheduled on the Ground Floor - let us know if this is a requirement for you.
We have toilets available on the ground level at the back wall of the Aerial Studio. We do not have a full disabled access toilet but we have done our best to retrofit the available toilet by having a clear path and adding a handrail. Our toilet is accessed through a 90cm doorway, the width of the toilet room is 100cm throughout.
